Welcome to AKAZA Travel LLC ("AKAZA Travel"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (https://www.akazatravel.com) and services. By using our Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
AKAZA Travel acts as an intermediary and booking agent. We help you find and book travel services such as hotels, flights, transfers, and activities. These services are provided by independent third-party suppliers. We do not operate or control these services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to make bookings.
Prices displayed are indicative and subject to change. Before payment, we confirm the latest price with the supplier. If the price changes, you will be notified and can accept or decline the new price. No payment will be processed without your explicit confirmation.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your card details. You agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout.
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a booking reference and voucher. Please review your booking details carefully.
Cancellation terms depend on the selected booking. Some bookings are non-refundable. Any applicable refund will follow the supplier's policy.
You agree to provide accurate information, ensure traveler details are correct, and comply with supplier requirements. You are responsible for valid passport, travel documents, and visa requirements.
You agree not to use the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, make false or speculative bookings, or interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Platform.
AKAZA Travel acts as an intermediary between you and the service provider. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for service issues (e.g., hotel quality, delays, cancellations) or actions or omissions of suppliers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
